Peter D'Arcy, M&T Bank

Peter D’Arcy joined M&T Bank in 1995 after graduating from Vassar College. He currently serves as an Area Executive responsible for supervising the Bank’s activities in New York City, Long Island, Philadelphia, and the State of Delaware. In addition, Peter is the head of the Commercial Real Estate Segment for the Bank. M&T Bank is a $130 billion commercial bank based in Buffalo, NY.

Peter was born and raised in New York City where he attended Loyola High School. Peter is also a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission of New York (CBC) and serves as Chair of the M&T Bank Directors Advisory Council for New York City.

Michael Rudin, on behalf of Rudin Development & Boston Properties

Michael Rudin is a Senior Vice President at Rudin Management Company and, together with his sister Samantha, represents the fourth generation to work at the family business. Michael focuses on multiple areas within the company including new developments, capital markets, commercial and retail leasing, sustainability and technology, and helps lead the family’s venture capital business, Rudin Ventures.

Recent projects include The Greenwich Lane, a 199-unit luxury condominium development in Greenwich Village and Dock72, a 675,000-square foot class A office building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Co-developed with Boston Properties and anchored by WeWork, Dock72 is geared towards creative, media, and technology companies.

Michael serves on the board of the May and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation, The First Tee of Metropolitan New York, the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, Friends of the BQX, and the Aspen art Museum.
